THE NEED: DATA DRIVEN TALENT MANAGEMENT

This client was in need of having a better way of managing their high volume of hiring requisitions and optimizing the pipeline. My team was tasked with rapidly understanding, after a round of requirements had already been sourced, the user needs and how to bring the experience to life. Working with data scientists, the product manager and the development teams we proposed using the vast amount of historical and real time talent data to help predict and react to the hiring needs.
